Immediately after the blood work samples were collected, the woman asked me to sit up (aware that I am a fainter) to sign paperwork. She never instructed me to release my clenched fist and told me I needed to make sure I breathed AFTER she was done collecting the blood work. Each vial of blood that was taken she crammed the needle further and further into my arm. I realize having blood work done is uncomfortable but this woman had me in tears because it was so painful. She was not gentle by any means and never provided me with any instructions or updates during the entire process. The woman who did my blood work seemed like she hated her job and it was an inconvenience that I had to lay down. I am a fainter and do not do well with needles. I will never be back at this location.ĭO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever. I wish I would have asked the lady’s name because she needs a new job! Horrible costumer service, rude, I have never in my life seen a person as rude as her. At the same time a man came in to give them a letter, she yelled at him telling him they were closed, and then threw him out. Another lady at the desk, said out loud “we don’t have you on the list”, the two of them started talking to each other saying that I probably came in after 11:00 after they locked the doors, when I told her that I had an appointment and I was there at 10:36, she technically just laughed in my face. Around 11:15, I was the last one in the room, a lady came out and asked me if I was waiting for someone. 11:00 o’clock, they locked to doors saying to not let any more people in because they were closed. Came in 15 mins prior to my appointment (10:45 was my appointment), checked in right away on the tablet, received a text at 10:36 to complete my registration, did it. If I could give no star I would!!!! At 9:56, I got a text reminder about my appointment.
